How to submit

Please read the information below before clicking 'how to submit'
We are now oversubscribed so it's with regret we have to put a freeze on submissions.
Those artists who have applied between 15th November to 17.00 on 8th January will still be considered.

Who can apply?
We welcome artists from Lady Bay, Nottingham and the East Midlands. We can only accept work from artists resident in the UK.

We'd love to hear from practicing artists and designers who have recent work to show. However every artist has to spend the weekend with their work as this is part of what makes our festival special.

Although a number of artists and designers living in Lady Bay open their homes and studios and are able to offer spaces to other artists, the availability of exhibition spaces can be limited. Therefore we have to select on the basis of what is most suitable for the venues available.

We are a voluntary organisation and entirely dependent upon local residents & businesses for exhibition space.

When do we decide?
The Festival planning group will meet early February 2016 to look at every submission and we let you know as soon as we can if we have a venue for you.

Lady Bay Arts Festival is organised by a small planning group of artists and supported by the Lady Bay Community Association, Rushcliffe councillors and an extensive network of artists, residents and volunteers who help us make this event happen.

Thank you!
